The bead is made by advanced spray and starch capture drying technology. Individual particles containing beta carotene are uniformly dispersed in a modified edible starch matrix and coated with corn starch.

 

β-Carotene Beadlet 10%CWS-OS were added with dl - α - tocopherol as an antioxidant. It can be used as a coloring agent and a source of vitamin A, suitable for fast food, baked goods, beverages, jellies, candies, dairy products, and other foods.
